Day 365: Dads and babies

We were invited to our friends' place for a barbeque. Here are the dads and their babies! From left to right, Joe and Jacob, Brian and Meghan, and S and baby A.

This is the final post of my second 365! Year 3 will begin shortly.

Day 364: New neighbors

We have new neighbors upstairs who have just moved in. They had a very large moving truck with lots of helpful friends bringing it all inside.

Day 363: Happy

Tried taking a few quick photos of baby to send to Daddy while he's on the road.

Day 362: Trip to the library

Even though Daddy is out of town, we still made it to the library and Anand was good enough to let Mommy check out a few books.

Day 361: New wardrobe

Our landlord lent us a vintage wardrobe, which he and his friend moved into our apartment. It's a little big, but I love it!

Day 360: Farewell to my suitcase

I'm really sad about this. My favorite suitcase, a suitcase that has been all around the world and back with me, has finally died for good. I must replace it immediately!

Day 352: The baptism

Baby was christened today at our home parish. He was generally very good with a few minor stressful parts. But we were all very happy he survived the water. Here is the baptismal font.

Baby has some new blankets and this one is my favorite.

Day 350: Sleeping at 4AM

Daddy's sleeping, baby's sleeping...why isn't mommy sleeping?

Day 349: Home sweet home

We start our first full day at home in the Chicago suburbs. Anand and Daddy are reading a magazine.

Day 348: Airplane ride

Baby's first airplane ride! We made it successfully and even scored an upgrade to first class, but it was only for one of us plus baby, and neither of us were willing to leave the other back in steerage. So we kindly gave back the upgrade...I'm hoping that karma will come back to us!
