The best accompaniment to New Haven apizza is New Haven soda. Or East Haven, to be precise. Foxon Park is our local beverage manufacturer and they make an incredible 18 different flavors of soda (we say pop in Chicago, but when in Rome...). They have been in business for over 80 years! I had to introduce the parents to our favorite local brand of soda.
